Position: GRAPHIC DESIGNER
- Location: 39 Duong 59, Ward Thao Dien, District 2, HCMC (location is temporary)
- Department: Creative Service
- Reports to: Account Director (Temporary)
Responsibilities
- Producing design solutions to communicate the clients‘ messages with high visual impact.
- Not be restricted to: websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, computer games,product packaging, exhibitions& displays, corporate communications & corporate identity
- Developing creative ideas & concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives.
- Having to keep up-to-date knowledge of industry software & graphic design trends & a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
Tasks
- Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job;
- Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose;
- Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients;
- Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
- Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
- Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers;
- Working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design
- Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;
- Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
- Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches;
Additional
- Additional tasks requested by Account Director
- Attend to events, conferences, shows related as per Director’s request
- Attend to trainings, workshops and seminars as per job requirements
- Travel domestically and regionally as per job requirements
Note
All expenses related to the business travel will be paid by the company such as Accommodation, Transportation, Communication, Visas and Meals. The amount will be set prior to the assignment and will exclude personal expenses.
Working schedule (excluding public holidays)
Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM including 1 hour lunch (preferably from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM)
Saturday from 8:30 AM until 12:30 AM
